I did, like, some traditional sushi, but I also did some where it was, like, duck liver, chicken heart, like all these dog-friendly kind of raw foods. Like, many restaurant chefs, Sean says he doesn't really cook for himself, but he'll always cook for hazelnut. Always, of course. I remember saying it before.
