To date, five woman have come forward with claims of sexual assault and sexual misconduct by former California Representative Eric Swalwell, most recently one being Lonna Drewes, who claims to have been drugged and raped by Swalwell in 2018. 1:14.3	Eric Swalwell on three separate occasions after meeting him socially.
1:19.9	I arrived at his hotel room.
1:21.8	I was already incapacitated and I couldn't move my arms or my body.
1:30.3	He raped me and he choked me.
1:35.3	And he choked me.
1:39.3	And while he was choking me, I lost consciousness.
1:43.3	When you first heard this story as her lawyer, Lisa, what went through your mind?
1:48.3	I mean, this is shocking, graphic, and violent stuff.
1:51.9	Right.
1:52.3	So although I've been representing victims of discrimination, harassment, and abuse for 40 years, it still shocks me.
