Summary

Initially hesitant to embrace the title of salesperson, Drew Norton confronted the societal stigma often associated with the profession. Over time, he began to see sales not as manipulation or pressure, but as a noble discipline rooted in understanding and guiding others. To Drew, sales is not something you do to someone—it’s something you do for them. In fact, he believes that everyone in business is involved in sales whether they realize it or not, and mastering the skill is essential to thriving in both professional and personal arenas.
