We're so glad you're on the Happy Women podcast.

I am so excited to be here with two amazing women warriors. So thank you for

having me. Well, it is a pleasure. And I think, Katie, you should actually start and tell us how

you two became acquainted because you guys actually worked together for a little while, right?

We absolutely did. And it was amazing. So when I went into the

first Trump administration, into the Department of Homeland Security, and part of my job was to

dismantle the very twisted, quote, countering violent extremism programs, Hetty,

Hedda, do you remember who they were actually getting ready to fund?

I was sort of racking back through my brain.

And this was at a time when the Obama administration was about to give out grants to people

like Linda Sarsore, who was very, very radical and other radical groups that basically hate us.
