Inside the Birds is back.

What's going on, everybody.

It is Jeff Mosher, Adam Kaplan, middle of the week, inside the birds pod.

And Adam, there's a dilemma here, right, for the Eagles, supposedly.

We're going to talk about the idea of do you rest starters, do you not rest starters in this

pod?

We'll also get into some of our feelings on the Eagle strengths going into the playoffs or

even into the season finale, some of the things that we might be concerned about, of course.

And then we'll just talk in general about this team here.

I think you phrase is best when we kind of put together an outline of how we were going to discuss this.

Different coaches that we've spoken to have different philosophies on this. And we've seen some coaches change their philosophies. And I think that that

speaks to knowing your team and treating your team on a case by case basis. You may have a very

young team overall that you feel like needs more reps. You may have a very accomplished team, right?

An old team that's won a Super Bowl or two,

and you feel like they don't need it as much,

and you can rest them.

So it's all about knowing your team.

And the Eagles are an interesting case, Adam,

because they're an interesting blend of veterans

and guys who are older players,

and then also younger players who could use some

snaps but you may not want to get them some snaps.
