I'm Jeff Mosher.

And of course, we've got our data and analytics expert, Sam Finkel.

And as promised, we get part two of a two-part series on the Eagles.

In part one, we did the trade deadline recap and went through all the players that the Eagles brought in at the trade deadline.

But Sam, part two, the Eagles, it feels like it's been like three weeks, but they actually finally have a game Monday night against the Packers.

And it's a really good opportunity for us to just look at the first half for through an analytical lens.

And I know that there are four themes that really stuck out that you want to do go through with the Eagles and with respect to analytics and data.

So let's do it.

Before I even bring up the charts, anything that was like jumped out at you

while you were putting this together that really stood out yeah i just i want to take it actually a

moment to caveat the data for a little bit just okay talk about it um because of the point of the season

um where there are teams that have taken buys, there are teams that haven't taken

buys, you know, there, that there is that factor in. And because we don't have the final

numbers, I compared this year to the 2024 season, 2023 season, and the 22 season, and I did

so via relative ranking comparatively to every other team.

Oh, okay.

And that does a pretty good job at capturing where they are relative to the other teams.

However, that also leaves it susceptible that if there was just a team, if there was a trend

in the league that did so well, it could impact that way. I did not really see that,

but I do think it's important to say that why relative rankings are good and why they're bad.

They're good in this instance when we have an incomplete data set. You can see where they are
