Today, will the state of Tennessee let women die before they can access a life-saving abortion?

I can cry about it and I can be mad about it but at the end of the day this has been the most

traumatic experience in my life.

And it's something I'll never get over.

I'm no matter therapy, I don't think it's going to help.

Last year, Tennessee became the most dangerous place in the United States for a pregnant person.

And it's home to Ali Phillips, a 28-year-old mother to one little girl who just last month was

pregnant with her second baby.

I went to pre-natal appointments and everything seemed okay and my mom got us an ultrasound at one

of those 3D-40 baby places to find out the gender around my 15-week mark.

And she does ultrasound and does the reveal and tells us it's a girl.

And so we spent like two weeks trying to find a girl named and the Miley Cyrus' song flowers came

out and I was like you know what? I don't know any Miley's. I like Miley and give her a millename

of flowers so rose.

Phineps and her family were excited for their baby girl Miley Rose to arrive.

But her next pre-natal appointment, things got scary.

We get to go to the art appointment and they start the ultrasound.

She goes so I looked at the ultrasound pictures and she diagnosed it as semi-lobe

our hollow process definitely.

Explain to this is a rare brain defect and only 3% of fetuses make it too birth with this brain

defect and if they make it too birth they don't live very much long.
