0:49.5	new story that we were both discussing earlier this week, because we were really surprised by the data.
0:55.7	Yeah, this is data from Hamptons. Put out some good stuff. And the headline is,
0:59.0	investor purchases rise as landlords buy from other landlords. Yes, Bicillet is not dead.
1:04.3	So we hear a lot about how landlords are selling up, which they are, but some of those
1:08.1	properties are bought by other landlords. And the data says in the first quarter of 26, the share of homes bought by landlords across the country was 13.3%,
1:16.5	which is the same figure it was in 2016, which I actually thought was pretty amazing, because 2016
1:21.8	was the beginning of the stamp duty surcharge. So the fact that we're anything like those levels,
