1:14.0	And I appreciate you inviting me here to discuss this.
1:18.0	What we are going to see over the next 20 years
1:21.0	is the biggest seismic shift in how businesses employed people and how the global
1:28.9	workforce organises itself. There it is going to be like you generally cannot
1:36.4	fathom how big the changes will be. That stems from the fact that we are technology and communications as everyone knows has advanced
1:47.6	tremendously in the last 20 years.
1:50.2	You go back 20 years ago and basically no one was online we was not using computers all that much you know it was still very much a paper and office based society fast forward 20 years to today and now everything is digital everything is online and
2:07.8	you only have to look at the younger generations like the millennials they are
2:11.7	doing everything from their computer, from their phone, including
2:15.1	social things like dating and chatting and talking and forums and things like that.
2:20.0	This digital interface means that the previously physical confines of work and the workforce have been broken down.
2:31.0	And now it means that people from all over the world from wherever you are
2:36.8	sitting you can contribute and get a job anywhere else in the world and it's because of this decoupling of you know where you are
