Inside the Birds is back.

What's going on, everybody, Jeff Mosher, Adam Kaplan, and the clock is tick, ticking away as we get closer and closer to the new league year, the start of free agency.

Everything's going to happen next week as far as free agency is concerned, Adam, the big news.

But the Eagles are making moves.

They're doing some transactions and getting themselves ready for 2025,

dealing with some in-house matters.

So in this podcast, we'll talk about the extension for Saquan Barclay.

And then we'll talk about the Eagles moving on from Darius Lay and James Bradbury.

Maybe potentially one of them is back.

We'll talk about that.

But Eagles really, this offseason for them, Adam, right now, is about housekeeping.

But pretty soon when next week starts, and as we'll get into it throughout the week here,

we're going to look at some bargain shopping that they typically do in free agency,

offense, and defense. But for the sake of

this show, this will be a sequential thing that we do throughout the week. For the sake of this show,

we'll talk about the in-house matters, starting with the running back and the two defensive backs.
