I mean, you've been in this space for how many years now?

I've been in this industry for almost heading towards 30 freaking years.

Think about what you get to do for a living, Ryan.

You get people that are dying to do something more.

And you have the opportunity to inspire them to take uncomfortable action.

They click on something.

They watch a webinar.

They show up for an event.

They get even more uncomfortable and invest in specialized

knowledge. And you get to coach them so they live into who they're meant to be, not they're

settling to be. God, you and Tony, I mean, he's my dearest friend now. He's my partner. We're

working harder, no joke than we've ever worked in our life. There's something about we get to,

like, it's cool to say my brand is heading towards doing two billion dollars in revenue if I add up

everything I've done since the beginning but you know what's even cooler is all the lives that we

got to impact along the way what's up well builders today I've got a guy who has done almost

two billion dollars in sales helping people change their lives through personal development, through real estate,

and so many other things. He has partners with Tony Robbins, the goat of all of this. I've got Dean

Graziosi. What's up, man? Good to be here. Dude, so I'm excited to talk to you because I've been seeing you,

obviously, since the start of my real estate career, you know, back in 2010 when I became a realtor.

And then as I became an

educator, obviously watching what you and Tony and everyone accomplished in this space has been
