The great thing about our Cabo marketplace, for those that are listening, that want to talk about real estate, is we've made the buying process.

We have an MLS. We have a board for the MLS. So we've made that process good and like the American-style business.

But as a brokerage with the Corcoran brand, with multiple affiliates throughout the world, we're seeing a shift in the residential real estate landscape period.

And that's not just

Kabul. That's the United States as well. I am pretty sure that in three, two to three years,

60% of the agents that are out there right now won't be in the business.

doing big things down there in Cabo San Lucas. He is the founder of the Baja real estate company.

Always appreciate the invite and any chance to talk Cabo. Let's do it. Yeah, man. You are the guy for

Cabo San Lucas. We had our committee retreat down in Tulum last year. But in 2024, we did it down in there in

Cabo San Lucas, man. And what a good time. Only two-hour flight from San Diego. If you're in L.A.,

also two-hour flight, quick to get down there. Great weather. The water is very, very blue and a lot

of amazing ocean views from all from all over Cabo,

which is really cool. It is. It's absolutely stunning once you get there. And what we've

really seen it turn into, too, is there's obviously going to keep that cultural side of Mexico.

But Americans, San Diego, people from L.A., Phoenix, Dallas, everybody really, really enjoys coming

to Cabo. They feel safe. There's a lot of English being spoken. And there's a whole bunch of amenities for their families who enjoy great restaurants. Just the lifestyle overall is spectacular. Just got to get down there once and you'll be back again. Who is the typical person that goes down to Cabo San Lucas? Is it the person that has kids and a family, or is it, you know, newlyweds? What's the typical avatar that goes down there? Yeah, it's a little bit of all of that. When we get into the real estate talk, we can talk about the buyer profile a little bit. But, of course, we have bachelor parties and bachelette parties. Okay, so that's going to happen for sure. But then we also have the professionals who are not, who don't have kids yet, who really see it as a romantic getaway, beautiful restaurants on the beach. And then once you start having kids, there's now really been, the community's been geared towards kids now. There's so many things to do, whether it's taking out jet skis, taking out a pongo out to the arch, taking a larger boat

out with your family, golf, putting your feet into the sand. It's great for all of the above.
