Thank you for having me. Hi. You're welcome. I've been listening to your podcast. I wondered if you can start with that, just explain what life after prison is for our

listeners and yeah I co-host life after prison so my post name is that yeah we do

it together the podcast is a platform for people who have been affected by the criminal justice system so maybe

they've been through themselves or their family and friends or people that have and we wanted this space and this platform to be a safe space for people to share their journey and what they've been through so that we can help people relate to each other that have been through it together

to help break down stigma to really see and understand what people go through and to yeah help build that community that I don't think
