Good morning. It's Sunday, June 2nd. No secret that Donald Trump's speeches and interviews

0:10.8

are a challenge to cover. He's proven himself to be a serial liar with absolutely no regard

0:15.9

for the truth, even when presented with evidence that immediately contradicts his claims.

0:20.6

When he's not lying, he's hurling insults and making disparaging comments about those with whose

0:26.1

views he doesn't share or those he thieves as his enemies.

the most powerful man in the world, and he's presently locked in a tight race to possibly return to the White

1:11.7

House despite being impeached, indicted, and now convicted of a crime.

1:16.4

Predictably, immediately after the jury delivered the guilty verdict on Thursday afternoon,

1:20.8

the former president began his disinformation campaign from right outside of the courtroom.

1:25.9

He sought to undermine this historic conviction by

1:28.2

proclaiming, quote, the real verdict will be on November 5th by the people. While Trump's speeches

1:34.2

are often short on substance, they can sometimes be quite revealing of his mental state,

1:39.4

especially after big moments like this. The morning after the jury convicted him, Trump gave
