| 1:21.8 | I think where I got a little confusing where the, like, the group of the business, I find that because we're a service business, I run into where I kind of be their plateau or I can't hire fast enough for the demand. |
| 1:34.8 | So then I just, and like, kind of a sitting duck and trying to chase hiring more artists, which becomes a whole management, like, we just cut a bottleneck. |
| 1:42.8 | So on that, as somebody who's scaled a service business, is it hiring or is it retaining? |

| 2:05.8 | I think most people struggle with hiring because they come from an angle of fear. |
| 2:11.8 | And when they look at hiring, they're thinking about what they're trying to protect against because you think that person or this person or that person is representing you in this environment and you don't want them to fuck up and however you deem it. |
