We've got a government that is still shut down, although perhaps not for long, because apparently negotiations could soon return thanks to some polling and we'll

be going over all aspects of that. Portland, what's left of it, is being occupied. That's a

lot of fun and Donald Trump doesn't know who Gilead Maxwell is, which is rude considering

their long friendship. But anyway, we got a lot of news, obviously,

and joining us to break it down, Maz Jobrani. Maas, how's it going?

It's going great, John. But when you presented, the way you presented it, it all seemed kind of

pleasant. You did it with a smile. And I think things are turning around, man.

Yeah, yeah. I can't craft a rundown that's optimistic or positive,

but I can do tone of voice and the worse America Gretz gets the brighter the colors I'll wear.

Yes. It's gonna look like the hunger games up in here. Like I'm one of those hosts or something.

That's how I'm gonna balance things out. But yeah, no, things are a little rough, Maas. A little rough, a little rough. You've been falling things for a while. It's not a good time. Yeah, you know what the problem is? The problem is every time I turn on, I try to read the news, it's like nine out of the ten headlines all have Trump's name in it.

And there's never been a Trump headline that was good news.

So Trump headline that's good news. Yeah, that's going to be a tough one.

That's why we try to cast a broad net, okay? We got some Christy Noem, we got some Steven

Miller, we got Pete Hegson.

There's a lot of villains.

We don't have to just focus.
