because today I'm going to give you a little energy ascension 3D, 4D, 5D update

because we all need to know what's happening.

And things are really intense, not just for the collective, but especially for us individually. So today, I'm not going to

talk about conspiracies. I'm not going to talk about agendas. I'm not even going to talk about

where the rest of the world is at. I'm going to talk about you and what you need to know right now

to better understand what is happening to us.

And then, of course, better understand how to navigate all of that.

So we are going to go into, actually, at the end of this video,

I'm going to sort of overview where you would be at if you're in the third dimension,

the fourth dimension, or the fifth dimension.

I'm going to give you all of the symptoms that you're probably experiencing right now at the beginning of this video. We are going to talk about, yeah, just basically everything that's

happening, which is a lot of things right now. Okay, so let's just kick it off with the

symptoms. Now, for me personally, there's like, there's a lot of random weird ones. These are all a part

of the shift. They're all a part of the ascension. They're all a part of like the timeline

split. In the last two weeks,

I've been suffering a lot from sort of like weird, fainting, dizziness, not necessarily

vertigo, but just feeling extraordinarily lightheaded. Every time I have sort of one of these lightheaded

spells or like fainting spells, I always check my solar flare app. And to be honest, I haven't

actually seen a really good reference of, oh, it's a solar flare. I'm feeling it. It's kind of a hit or

miss that way. But that's been really intense for me.
