Today we're going to explore five different ways in which your intuition may speak to you in

daily life, so you can develop your ability to receive and follow through on that intuitive guidance.

So to set the stage for this topic, we have to start by discussing Roberto Asajoli.

So Asioli, he was an Italian psychiatrist, and one of the greatest psychospiritual teachers, really, of the last two centuries, he doesn't get talked about enough, you know, say to the level of a Carl Jung, for example, but actually Young was Asajoli's friend and colleague,

and there was a connection there just to put that into context.

So Asadjoli was also the founder of psychosynthesis.

This is a full model for psychospiritual development, hugely influential on modern spirituality and modern

psychology.

One of the key concepts that Asadjoli came up with is the idea of sub-personalities, which are different aspects or

parts that we each hold and carry within ourselves. So this was actually the precursor to IFS or internal family systems,

which you might be familiar with and has become very popular in recent years.

So this has its origins back with acyjoli and psychosynthesis.
