Hello and welcome to the channel. My name is Josephine Hartman. I have been working with

the Akashik Records for 21 years now. And as always, my intention is to bring you a no-nonsense, grounded,

ethical, highly effective, no-fluff approach to the Akashik records. So thank you so much for

tuning in today. And the topic that we'll be addressing here is using the Akashik

records as a tool of ascension. So I thought, as is often the case in my teaching, I am very

much a proponent of clarifying the terms and the terminology that we're

using. So clarifying the terms of the conversation, which for this conversation means we need to

start by defying the term ascension. This gets thrown around in the spiritual community. I'm sure you've heard this

term before many, many times. So what do we actually mean when we say ascension or process of

ascension or we are ascending as a species. So humanity is ascending or in a process of

ascension, so on and so forth. So ascension, there's a lot of different ways we could define it.

But if we kind of take the root meaning of the word, so to ascend really means to rise, right?

So ascension means rising.

In this case, we could say we are rising from one level of consciousness to another.
