I am so thrilled that you're here tuning into this,

whether it's your first time joining me or if you've been with me for a while.

As divine beings incarnated in physical bodies, there is this constant duality, and we might

even say a constant tension that we hold.

You are both an eternal soul, so you are an endless being, an eternal soul,

and a human being in a human body having a specific human experience, an incarnation,

located in a particular moment in time and place.

So it's a little bit challenging, I think, sometimes for the human linear brain to really

kind of wrap its arms around this idea.

These may feel like mutually exclusive concepts, and that's why there's this constant

duality that we are holding because we are both endless eternal beings and we are also

experiencing this one human incarnation right now in this

particular moment in time and space. So how can we reconcile these dual aspects of ourselves,

the human along with the divine, which is also the physical
