Summary
Have you ever been so challenged by life, to a point where it became difficult to remain spiritual?
As humans, we've all faced life circumstances or situations that made us want to "forget" all of our spiritual principles, tools, and Higher Truths.
In this episode of Inner Work, I share about a recent challenging experience in my life, all of the feelings and beliefs it brought to the surface, and the lessons I've been able to extract from it (so far).
Join me for a discussion of:
- why we are tempted to abandon our spirituality when life challenges us
- how to support yourself in feeling and expressing strong emotions such as anger, resentment, fear, or grief in the face of tough life situations
- owning your humanity and making space for your human reactions to life (without blaming, judging, or lashing out against others)
- arriving at a deeper awareness that nothing and no one can touch your abundance, creativity, resourcefulness, and inner power
- re-connecting to abundance, peace, and a sense of personal agency even amidst difficult circumstances
