Summary
Join me as we continue our in-depth exploration of the Tarot Swords and their powerful lessons and potential for healing. (I recommend listening to part 1 before diving into this episode, if you can!)
Part 2 of this mini series covers the 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Swords. Through the lens of these cards, I talk about:
- transforming trauma to find wisdom and growth
- the role of sacred pauses, rest, and slowing down in healing yourself and shifting your mindset
- reclaiming your natural rhythm
- the negative consequences of being led by an out-of-control ego
- choosing peace over chaos or drama
- self-deception, personal integrity, and the importance of being honest with yourself and others

| 0:39.5 | while. Now on to the episode. This episode is part two of my four-part series on the tarot |
| 0:50.1 | swords. We're diving into the suit of swords to derive important lessons from these cards and to better understand the journey and the progression that happens as we move from the ace of swords to the king of swords. |
| 1:05.0 | We're picking up right where we left off with the three of swords in the first part of this series. |
| 1:11.7 | And in this episode, we'll explore the four, five, six, and seven of swords. |
| 1:17.7 | So I do recommend that you pause this episode. |
| 1:21.3 | If you haven't listened to the first part in the series, go back, listen to that first. |
| 1:26.6 | It will lay the foundation for everything else we're going to do in these four episodes. |

| 1:41.3 | So if you look towards the right on the four of swords, which is our first card |
| 1:46.5 | for this episode, you will notice three silver swords hanging up on the wall. This is again |
| 1:53.3 | on the classic riderweight Smith tarot deck. So these swords are hanging up on that wall almost |
| 2:00.6 | in a display case of swords. These are the |
| 2:04.1 | three swords that pierce the heart on the three of swords, which we explored previously. So we could |
| 2:10.7 | say that in many ways, the three swords on the wall represent the trauma and heartbreak and loss of the three of swords, the hard lessons |
| 2:20.7 | and challenges and life-shaping experiences that the person on this card, the four of swords, |
| 2:27.5 | has already experienced. So the three swords hang here to remind us of that trauma and those past experiences. |
| 2:37.1 | And of course, you can see that the swords are pointing down at the person's head and torso, |
