Summary
As spiritual beings in human bodies, we can sometimes get caught up in the illusion of 3D reality. Bills must be paid, kids must be driven to school (or educated at home during a pandemic!), cars must be repaired, and dinner must be cooked. We also have to interact with others and navigate a chaotic world. In this process, we can get lost in material reality and forget to stay connected to a Higher Perspective.
In this episode, I talk about how you can disengage from the illusions of 3D reality and reach for the higher truth of any situation or experience. This requires you to reconnect to Divine Source over and over again. Finding the higher truth means becoming more aware of what your Soul would say about any situation or challenge you're facing. As you do this, you expand your perspective and shift to a more hopeful, joyful, supported, and empowered state.

| 1:18.5 | The fact that you're living a dual existence all the time, |
| 1:22.5 | just by virtue of being a soul, having a human experience. |
| 1:27.9 | So you have your human or also what I call your horizontal experience. |
| 1:34.3 | This is the world of materiality and physicality, relationships, jobs, paying the bills, |
| 1:39.1 | taking the car to get an oil change, all of the 3D reality. |
| 1:44.9 | And you also have at the same time a spiritual or vertical experience. |
| 1:51.1 | And the vertical experience reaches way up into the heavens through your crown chakra. |
| 1:57.4 | And it is through this vertical experience that you transcend your human reality, your human experiences, |
| 2:05.5 | and you connect to something much bigger, more expansive, deeper, and actually more real than whatever you're experiencing as a human. But let me pause for a second and say, of course, |
| 2:13.4 | this doesn't mean, and we're not saying that we have to demonize or minimize your human experience. |
| 2:21.3 | Your soul made the conscious choice to incarnate into a physical body for very specific and important reasons, |
| 2:29.5 | so that you could experience things that you could never experience if you didn't have a human body. |
