This is a bit of a special episode, very topical we could say, because I've been feeling

really cold to speak about the current events that we're experiencing with this COVID-19

coronavirus issue, really the global problems and crisis that it is

causing. It's really impossible to not pay some attention to this developing situation,

and I am hearing from longtime clients and friends that they are experiencing flare-ups of anxiety,

fear, worry, stress, and just getting caught up in the mass panic that seems to be spreading

here and there, particularly in the way that the media represents these kinds of situations. So I wanted to put together a quick

episode addressing what you can do to stay at your highest level frequency even during troubled

or uncertain or stressful times, which I think we can all agree is what we are experiencing right now.

So I do believe that we can't be ignorant or try to put our heads in the sand about what's

going on, because that's not going to help anyone.

I do believe in staying thoughtfully informed, and so I personally do check the news every couple of days, lately pretty

much every day. And I try to be very careful about the source of the news, right? So where I'm

getting my news. Because you don't want to be listening to or reading material from an incendiary news source or something that's going to be inaccurate

or something that's going to make everything sound worse than it is.

Of course, we also don't want to downplay what's happening here because it is really serious

and it is better to be overprepared than to be underprepared or caught off guard.
