Welcome back to the Inner Temple Talk series. I hope all of you are feeling connected in this new year so far.

Remember this is going to be your most powerful year yet, your most aligned and your

most purposeful year. So allow that energy to seep into everything that you do and

allow this moment and this podcast to help invite you back to that

space if you're not really feeling that way in this moment. Last meditation we

entered the creation phase during the Inner Temple Talk series and we saw our temples from the outside.

We were led there by our animal guides.

below my animal guide was a lioness I thought that was really cool and today we will

stand in our temples establish our presence and them ourselves, and make ourselves at home.

So today is more of a moving meditation or an affirmations episode, and I recommend listening

to this, sitting up or standing up and you can even do it walking.

This is the maintenance phase where we establish our connection with our temple

and we build structure for maintaining a relationship with it.
