as the title implies, or just states very clearly, you are your own best healer. You are your own best healer.

And I think this is something that we often forget on the spiritual path.

I think sometimes we forget this as part of our spiritual path because in so many cases,

part of that path includes reclaiming this knowledge that you are indeed

your own best healer and starting to reconnect to your own inner power, your own inner gifts and abilities to your inner light,

your inner divinity, your inner healing capacity, instead of looking for answers or solutions

or quick fixes or whatever it might be outside of yourself.

And now to be clear, because as always, if you've been listening to this podcast for a while,

if you've been here before, if you know my approach as a healer or as a teacher,

you know there is always absolutely zero judgment.

So this is a no judgment zone.

Because I recognize that we all, myself included, have sometimes veered off the path of trusting our inner knowing.

And we have sometimes looked for those answers or solutions or for someone to fix us or make everything better for us or to have the answer that we're looking for,

we have tried to find that sometimes outside of ourselves.

And that's okay.

We all do that.

We've all done that at one point or another.
