Summary

INNER REVOLUTION is a podcast series where we walk through the fire of inner transformation and awakening together.

The purpose of this series is to help you shed ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING that isn't a true reflection of Who You Really Are, so you can fully embody your Divinity, Light, and Sacred Mission.

Join me for this bonus episode, where we'll talk about:

  • do you have a bad case of the "YES BUT"s??
  • what is a "YES BUT" (with examples!) and how does it lower your frequency?
  • the self-protective (but unhelpful) tendency we sometimes have to discount or minimize the good in our lives
  • how ego & fear can sabotage the fulfillment of your Soul-level desires and purpose
  • shifting to a more expansive, higher-frequency consciousness when a "YES BUT" comes up in daily life

do you have a bad case of the yes buts?

0:46.0

And let me explain what that means.

0:49.8

1:00.1

will sometimes allow the yes buts to take over.

1:05.3

So what does that mean?

1:07.0

The yes buts, this, let me give you an example.

So this is when we say something like,

yes, this really good thing in my life just happened. So let's say, yes, I just got a promotion

1:55.3

but, which is a great thing, but oh, now I have to work a few more hours per week. Or now I have extra

2:04.8

responsibility. Or yes, I'm in this wonderful new relationship with someone I really like

2:13.5

and respect and it's going great. But what if it ends poorly? What if they leave? What if they figure
