Today we are talking about inner child work and the Anya Graham.

The first today's rose bud in thorn.

My rose is that I did the last panel interview for the summit just a couple of like an hour

and a half ago and it is on type fours and I literally think I fell in love with every

single one of them.

I'm obsessed with them and it was just such an absolute joy to listen to them, to see

them and to each know them.

I so good, such a rose.

My thorn is that there is currently a jam band playing at a restaurant like I feel like

two blocks from my house but I can hear them in my living room with all of our windows closed.

So I hope that you don't hear them too.

And my bud is that tonight I'm recording the interview with Katherine Fauver.

I'm not positive, I'm pronouncing her last name correctly.

All about try types for the summit and I get a whole weight to have that conversation

because try types are something that I've had some like reservations about.

So really getting to talk with her who has like done their research, done the work to

bring it into the world and kind of make it a thing, you hear from her directly what

it is, why it's important, where it originated, I am thrilled.
