And this happens to the best of us.

We're all going to get injured.

And I have often said that in a fortunate and unfortunate way, the reason why, and I know

it sounds crazy, I'm going to say I'm a great coach.

The reason why I really feel I'm a great coach and understand coaching is from all the injuries I've experienced,

especially in my younger years, because when you get injured, it can either shut you down

or it could force you into obsession of research,

of finding out how can I get better? How can I heal myself? How can I do this without waiting

on doctors to give me medicine and tell me what to do.

And how can I do this myself from within?
