Well, it's good to have you here and this is a special occasion. It's actually one that I a listener emailed me a few months ago and told me it was the 200th anniversary of the Texas Rangers.

And I had not heard of that heard it that it was, but I double checked. We didn't hit the exact date, but there are festivities going on in the state of Texas, the official ones.

So I don't feel bad about not hitting the date because, you know, they're going to be doing celebrations to August out there.

Yeah, it's definitely going to be a year to remember being 200 years for sure.

So I found something this is actually this program is probably something more typical and we'll talk about it afterwards of a feature that Andrew has on his podcast, but this is actually an episode of inheritance.
