An influential University of Washington model is projecting there will be more than 538,800 U.S. Covid-19 deaths by April. The model also predicts daily deaths will peak in the range of 3,000 in mid-January. Dr. Chris Murray is the director of the group at the University of Washington that’s been working on these models throughout the pandemic. He tells Anderson Cooper “although the hope of vaccines is there, it is not going to come in time to deal with the January/February surge.” Plus, Pres. 0:55.3	officials saying, if you leave your job, if we catch you looking for a job, you're going to be fired.
1:00.8	All of that is gone. Staffers here at the White House from what we can tell, doing our reporting,
1:06.0	they're ignoring those threats from McIntee and others and they're starting to head for the exits.
1:10.7	And I talked to a White House official earlier today who said, listen, the atmosphere in this
1:16.4	West Wing inside the White House is getting more toxic by the day, that people are turning on
1:22.0	each other and they're trying to settle scores. That is one reason why staffers are leaving because
1:26.4	of this toxic environment. Other staffers are leaving because they're fed up with the president,
1:30.4	quite frankly, based on our reporting, Anderson. There are staffers who are saying they're sick and
1:35.6	tired of the president not conceding this race. They say that this is tarnishing his legacy,
1:41.2	but also undermining democracy, but because it's undermining people's faith in elections,
