As Minnesota, the only state not to have voted for Ronald Reagan, continues to dominate the headlines, a question arises.

Just how radical is the state and its largest city, Minneapolis, anyway.

A recent decision on the organization of the Minneapolis City Council

indicates that the city is extremely radical. While one-party city legislatures and places

dominated by Democrats are extremely common, how many have Democratic socialists as both the

majority and minority leaders of their city councils. Minneapolis does.

A fact brought to public attention by today's guest, Luke Raziac of the Daily Wire.

Luke, what's going on with the Minneapolis City Council?

Well, it's the beginning of the year, so they're reorganizing and figuring out who's going to be president of the council and so forth.

And they have, I think, like five members affiliated with the Democrat Socialists of America.

And they have become both the majority and the minority party.

And so even even though there are like normal,

normal I'm making air quotes, Democrats also on the council.

There are. And if you can believe it, it's the moderates,

or this, the right wing faction, if you would, that's allied with the mayor, who himself is, you know,

by national standards, pretty left-wing. So certainly the ideas that we have about, you know,
