When you have a platform that's based on confidence and self-esteem and telling people love yourself,

you get put on this pedestal as, oh, this is the person that's the authority on these things,

so she must be happy and confident all the time.

Self-love and body confidence and

confidence in general isn't linear. It's always going to be a journey and

there are going to be days when you feel really good and they're going to be

days when you feel really shitty and it's okay to explore those and to live in those in the moment.
