Okay, well, another big day of economic data

that mainstream investors don't understand. I'm talking about the inflation report that came out today

for January, so it's the first month of the new year, the election year of 2024 and I guess the markets were expecting better than

expected news because after all the conventional wisdom is that the inflation problem has been solved.

Yes, we're not all the way back down to 2%.

We're at 3%, but we're on a glide path. After all, we're at 3 percent, but we're on a glide path.

After all, we started at 9, right?

We've already gone from 9 to 3, right?

That's 6 percent.

We just have to coast into this last percent and after all pal has already

indicated that they are going to be cutting rates this year because they're

confident that inflation is going to continue on this downward trajectory and stop right at 2%, right, that they've, you know, landed it that precisely.

And so the markets are expecting good news on inflation.

Now I don't know why because we really haven't had great news.
