The district attorney in New York says the man who was defending himself against an attack

by a criminal thug might actually be able to just go home and not have to go through a

murder trial because it was clear self defense.

I'm saying the clear self defense part.

The DA is considering it.

It is unacceptable.

It is totally blame, blame worthy from a strategic and command level.
