somebody talking about inflation and inflation is one of those things that we all talk about

it but I'm wondering how many of you guys sitting out there listening and I'm betting above

average just because I know my audience but I think they're out there in public.

I want to give you the tools to where you can really talk about what inflation is, what

the concerns are and then even how you protect yourself and I'm going to go ahead and throw

How long we might need to be thinking about before this terrible, terrible thing of,

well, I don't know if I call it completely terrible, inflation is one of those things

that, you know, you hear people talk about, like my parents bought their house in 1978

for 60,000 and now it's probably worth like 220, you know.

So this is one of those things, inflation, it's not always terrible because think about

if they had it paid off, they're probably pretty excited that it's gone up to $220,000.

Inflation is one of those things that is terrible if you are a person that is sitting on

a lot of cash, if you are sitting in a floating interest rate type product.
