My name is Joel Mark Witt and I'm Antonio Dodge.

In a moment, we're going to dive into an interview with Gary, who identifies as an INFJ personality

type.

a while now.

So he knows type and he knows himself very well.

What I want us to do in this episode is move past any stereotypes we have for the INFJ

personality.

We want to hear from Gary directly about his lived experience as an INFJ.

And if you are new to type, I stands for introvert and stands for intuitive, F stands for

feeler and J stands for judge or those four letters are what's called dichotomies.

And this is what most people know about personality type when they start out, but the true power

of this system actually comes from understanding it on a much deeper level.

These are what's called the cognitive functions and we're going to go ahead and talk about

these with Gary on today's episode.
