Dr. Kimberly Biss is a board-certified OBGYN who has grown her Florida private practice to a five-provider group that delivers roughly 300 babies a year. “In the beginning, they locked us down, we’re all eating Uber Eats, all processed junk, can’t go to the gym, can’t exercise, don’t go outside, don’t get in the sun, which is your vitamin D. So, we were all deficient in D. I mean, everything that doesn’t promote any sort of health they told us to do,” says Dr. Biss.
