My advice for this week is indulge a little bit. I have really just been one cake recently and I

have just indulged just a little because I feel like I'm so focused on the meals and the calories

and I'm working out and it was like, I actually just need to indulge a little bit.

Don't become gladness, don't go overboard. But just indulge a little bit. We are gearing up for

an election that will be something to remember in a host of ways. And just take a little joy in
