What's going on everyone? Today we're taking a question from Karen. So here's what Karen says.

My LED lights burned my lettuce leaf. Sorry about that, Karen. I've done that before. It sucks. I moved it back farther away. My strawberries are right under a 300 watt LED light and seem to be turning away from the light.

I figured I would do a quick update episode, a quick summary of things to think about when it comes to hydroponic indoor lighting.

So you kind of have three categories and you have what type of hydroponic gardener are you?

Number one, are you someone who is just growing indoors to start seeds.

Well, if that's the case, you don't need extreme lighting.
