Andy thank you I'm excited I'm so happy to have you here so I did just give you a

little heads up but to kick it off how would you define success?

Yeah I am actually happy you didn't ask me in advance that way I wasn't overly

prepared I just have to give what's in my heart and for me success is being happy within I love that it's that

confidence in knowing who you are and to me that success and you know

God bless if someone can get there when

they're you know 16 I certainly did not I I like to say I figured out who I was

when I was 30 and I fell in love with myself when I turned 40. I love that so much. For me that is a success.

Yeah, I totally agree. And with you saying that I did a little research on you personally before this but it seems as if you've lived a couple

different lives.

I have not quite nine.

Yes.

I definitely have had a couple of iterations of myself so do you mind diving into

that at all not at all so I started my career as an accountant I'm a public private CPA so I worked for a big four firm, Ernst and

Young and then I went over to HBO and I managed their International Finance

Division which was incredible I got to travel all over the world with them at a time where you
