Here's the beauty of having Shane Stike and the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts join us at Grand Park for Colts Camp, which gets underway at 2 o'clock.

And that is that coach, you know, the media all knows.

They're like, man, Shane Stike, and this guy's all ball.

He's all business.

He's football.

He's locked in.

So based on that, I love that.

So I figured in having you on just get right to it, right? Because you're locked in. So we're

going to lock in with you. First thing I want to know in this camp, how things are going, but more

importantly, I'm curious from your standpoint, what's the thing that's keeping you reversing the

film? What's the thing that you just feel like is the hurdle that you still haven't gotten

a hold of with this group? I don't know if there's truly a hurdle. I think it's really, you know,

I hit the guys this morning in the team meeting about the details of this game, you know, the finer

details that go into it, the route discipline, the communication up front on both sides of the

football, the communication on the back

end. And it starts with us as coaches putting those guys in position and what we want done out

there and then let their talent shine. And we got a lot of good players on this football team right

now that I'm extremely excited about for this football season. But we got to keep working through

those things. For you personally in year two,

you came into this camp in what way different than year one? I think it's an understanding of our

football team more than anything, knowing the guys, knowing their personalities. I think that's a

big part of coaching is understanding who you're dealing with. There's different personalities.
