So the Indiana Supreme Court issued a ruling yesterday afternoon about Richard Allen's original attorneys.

and additionally, the special judge

is going to be able to continue presiding over the case.

Okay, so obviously Richard Allen is the suspect in the Delphi murders and yesterday as Casey said there was a big argument.

By the way, we are often critical of government but kudos the Indiana Supreme Court and this is now true and I think each kind of judicial area gets to make their own choice is now allowing proceedings to be live streamed.

So I think your county judges have the ability

if they so desire to have their proceedings live stream.

That's phenomenal because the government is funded by the people,

people have the right to know what goes on in their government,

and now not only can you listen to you could have listened to yesterday,

you can watch it in real time.

And so even from just a pure you take obviously the

interest in this case but from a transparency standpoint and even civics like

how many people actually know how the Supreme Court operates.
