Let's talk about what's going on with the Indiana legislators.

They want to align the state law with the new federal ban on hemp.

So pretty much they're saying we don't want hemp here in Indiana.

Products like Delta 8 and other THC variants.

It kind of got through a loophole in a 2018 federal farm bill.

But now there's a new bill sponsored by Senator Aaron Freeman. He introduced Senate

Bill 250, saying the bill is a compromise, not his ideal solution, but they don't want hemp

here in Indiana. Yeah, so here's the context of this. Obviously, marijuana has been banned

by the federal government, most states for a long, long time. But what scientists and people have

done is, and when you write a law, you time. But what scientists and people have done is,

and when you write a law, you've got to be real specific. You've got to be real specific when you write a law. So the law has always been, you know, this specific version of THC, and I'm, you know, the farthest thing from a marijuana or THC expert, but as I understand it, there's this, you know, the typical THC that you get out of typical marijuana.
