Summary

The first time “Brother Dan” travelled to India was on a mission trip 25 years ago. With one visit to this vast country, he was hooked! Six years ago, Dan moved to India full time, working to share the gospel and strengthen the church. Listen this week as Dan shares how God is at work in India, including performing miracles that show He is more powerful than any of the millions of gods Hindus follow. Dan will also share some of the challenges our Indian brothers and sisters are facing, and what persecution looks like for an Indian who leaves Hinduism to follow Jesus. Finally, he’ll equip each of us with ways we can pray for Indian Christians, and for their nation.

0:00.0	Brother Dan works in India and says it's tough to get Hindus to listen to the gospel in normal daily conversations.
0:08.0	But when God performs signs and wonders, it opens hearts for his love.
0:14.0	For instance, one woman tried to take her own life,
0:18.0	but instead she ended up putting the power of God on display.
0:23.4	She actually crushed up some glass and she ate the glass and it was in her system.
0:30.3	They wouldn't take her in the hospital, so they took her to my friend's church.
0:34.0	And so she was there all through the night and people were praying through the night for her.
0:40.0	And the following morning, yeah, she was fine. I mean, she was fine.
0:43.0	I mean, it was amazing.
0:45.0	And, you know, God did a miracle and so through that, you know, there's several families that have come to the Lord.
0:52.0	Jesus never... families that have come to the Lord.
0:53.0	Jesus never promised his followers an easy path.
0:57.0	In fact, he told his disciples that the world would hate them.
1:01.0	He sent them out as sheep among wolves. Jesus's words came true in the life
1:05.8	of the Apostles and they're still coming true today in the lives of his followers around the world.
