So I had to move into Brianna's BFF studio,

playing into Brianna's studio where she does multiple things.

So a little bit different look for me today.

I feel pretty. I don't know what, sexy. You look good. Thanks. I appreciate that. Yeah, the new shoes.

Yeah. So this is the 4th of July episode for you got to try this. A lot of people do best of when it

comes to 4th of July. We don't have

that many episodes. So why would I do a best-of? So if I'm going to do a Fourth of July episode, we're going to talk about Fourth of July food. And this is probably going to be the most patriotic episode that we have just by default because it's the Fourth of July. I think one of the most patriotic people that I know is cons. I've had cons on before

when we did the Rock Goes Dry Ageing Steakhouse trip. And I thought you could just run that as your

best stuff because that was your best up. Yes, yes, obviously. And we had to do that episode in

the restaurant. So it wasn't a traditional shoot either way. So I haven't done an episode with cons in the studio per se.

But this is the second time that we're having cons on the program.

So I appreciate that.

For people who aren't familiar with Captain Kans, Connor Kran, he was a captain, right?

Yeah, captain is captain in the U.S. Army.

He was one of a co-host of Zero Block 30, which stopped last year and Kahn's immediately

picked up the mantle.
