Summary

Niraj Naik began his career as a pharmacist where he was appalled by the nature of the pharmaceutical industry. He longed to help his patients with effective methods of treating their ailments at the source. The spirit. The word ‘spirit’ means breath, or to breathe, an emanation of life-force. Niraj was later diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and depression. He used an ancient breathing technique, pranayama, to heal himself without medication or surgery.
