So day two of this weather pattern, just like yesterday, there's a threat of rain

fitness capacity grows, you actually have to do more, as opposed to less. My fitness capacity

has grown. I get to do less. I get to enjoy and reap these benefits. Now, you actually

have to do more. And this was really, really evident when I first started pursuing fitness.
