happening a lot. It's been having such a positive effect on me. And me being someone that's in

the space in spreading positivity, you know, helping people build a better mindset, all that

stuff. If it has this good effect on me, then I can only imagine the effect it'll have on other people

who aren't necessarily in that mindset of trying to raise vibrations or help people or things

like that.

They're just trying to live their everyday life.

But of course, before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath. That way we can slow down, zero in, and enjoy this time together. This is going to be a healing breath. So we're going to imagine that we're surrounded by a positive energy, something high vibrational that was sent here to heal us, to lift us, to get us on the right foot. When we breathe it in, it's going to loosen

up any of that negativity, anything that's holding us back. And we breathe out, we're going to be

feeling left more ease and in a more positive mindset. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in.
