I often say to you, and I've shared this before that savers are losers and I don't believe in owning your primary residence.

I don't own my primary residence. I own 89 rental

and I rent my own home and I rent my own home and I've done a whole episode on that particular topic.

So through my years of running our turnkey operation and speaking
